From Oklahoma City, Oklahoma comes the story of bozo Bryan Clark who locked himself inside his home in a standoff with the cops. The standoff was into its fourth hour on a hundred degree day when someone decided to call the power company to ask them to cut off the power to the residence, which of course turned off the air conditioner. Our bozo surrendered within two minutes of the air conditioner shutting off.
