Bozo criminal for today comes from Southington, Connecticut. The cops were called to the Cadillac Ranch Restaurant there after highly intoxicated bozo Jesse Walker refused to leave the bar at closing time. Seeing that he was not a man to be reasoned with, the police loaded him into the back of a squad car to take him to jail to sober up. End of story, right? Wrong.
