When a passing motorist noticed and motioned to him to buckle up, our bozo was none too pleased and flashed an obscene gesture back at him. Bad idea. Turns out the good samaritan was an off duty police officer. He pulled him over, told him who he was and ran a quick check on our bozo’s license. When he found that his license had been suspended since 1999, he placed him under arrest.
