Bozo criminal for today comes from Sonora, California, where bozo James Matthews was due in court on controlled substance charges. He was running behind and it was too late to catch the bus, so he did what to the Bozo Mind was a logical thing. He visited a used car lot and stole a 2001 Mitsubishi which he proceeded to drive to the courthouse. Although he did make it to court, it was not the best idea.
